Please join Meredith and Paddy for a session of gentle Yoga exercise at The Women’s Centre.
Our weekly class is held inside in air-conditioned comfort, however you will need to bring your own yoga mat, towel and a water bottle. Meredith’s specialised yoga session caters for all women of varying capability and includes chair yoga, and an adaptive model for women with chronic pain issues. We need to know if you have any medical concerns and / or you are pregnant as this is important for yoga practice. Registration is essential for our Yoga sessions. To make an enquiry about the next yoga session please call The Women’s Centre on 47757555.
